Welcome to Frostbike 2015
Thank you for partnering with QBP as an exhibitor. The following information covers the logistics information for the event. One key change from previous editions is that the host hotel will be the Marriott City Center in downtown Minneapolis. There will be vendor room blocks there and at the Crowne Plaza which is closest to QBP. Seminars and pre-Expo dealer functions will be at the Marriott and the post-Expo Vendor Appreciation dinner on Sunday will be hosted at the Crowne Plaza. Please feel free to contact firstname.lastname@example.org should you have any questions.
Frostbike 2015 will focus on pooling the expertise of our team and our industry partners, delivering strategies and processes for execution, leading engagement from customers, staff and suppliers and providing a rich and valuable experience for all attendees while driving support of increased sales objectives for 2015.
Our goal is to make your time at Frostbike productive, profitable, fun and hassle free. Please contact us if there is anything we can do to improve your experience.
We look forward to seeing you in February.

Exhibitors Must Provide Display Products
Procuring products from our distribution center and subjecting them to wear-and-tear during Frostbike is very costly for QBP. This is why we require all domestic and import exhibitors with U.S. warehouses to supply their own display products*.
Your display products must be delivered to QBP by Friday, February 13, 2015.
*Upon your request, we will provide a secure room to store your products.
Shipping and Booth Numbers
To help defray your shipping expenses, we are offering return UPS shipping for your display products at no charge. This offer does not extend to LTL freight shipments with a common carrier. A copy of the shipping label is attached below. Your booth number will be provided to you in your event invitation.
For Frostbike 2015 we are asking exhibitors to prepay all Frostbike fees. You will be invoiced no later than January 16, 2015. Final payment is due on February 20 in the form of check, credit card or credit memo.

Build Brand Excitement with Product Giveaways
Nothing sparks future sales like giving products to the right dealers at the right time. Frostbike provides three highly visible venues to create buzz for your brand by handing out free stuff.
ACE Silent Auction
This is a great showcase for your products that benefits a good cause. All proceeds for the 2015 Silent Auction will go to the National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA). NICA develops high school mountain biking programs for student athletes across the US.
Keep the spotlight on your brand by adding products to this annual Frostbike closing event.

Frostbike and the Environment
Our goal is to make Frostbike 2015 a zero-waste event. And we need your help to do it. Working together, QBP staff, exhibitors, and dealers can ensure when Frostbike is over, all we'll leave behind are a few fat bike tracks in the snow.
Pack it In — Pack it Out
You are responsible for disposing of any remaining materials you bring. This includes extra catalogs, handouts and booth supplies.
