Welcome to Frostbike 2016

Frostbike 2016 will focus on pooling the expertise of our team and our industry partners, delivering strategies and processes for execution, leading engagement from customers, staff and suppliers and providing a rich and valuable experience for all attendees while driving support of increased sales objectives for 2016.

Exhibitor Booth Information

  • Booth sizes are assigned and will be provided during registration
  • Internet access is available at all booth location
  • Tables, chairs and grid-wall can be requested during registration (note you will be responsible for your own grid-wall hardware)

As a courtesy to other exhibitors we have two requests:

1. Please stay inside the footprint of your booth space.

2. Alcohol is prohibited in your booth during expo hours.

Exhibitors Must Provide Display Products
Procuring products from our distribution center and subjecting them to wear and tear during Frostbike is very costly for QBP. This is why we require all domestic and import exhibitors with U.S. warehouses to supply their own display products*.

Your display product must be delivered to QBP between February 1 and 19, 2016.

International Shipments:

Import: If your material is being sent to Frostbike from an international location, please ship your product prepaid with your freight forwarder and secure a Broker who will clear your goods on your behalf. QBP should not be listed as the importer of record (IOR).

Export: If your material is being sent to an international location after Frostbike, your company should be listed as the exporter of record (EOR) and customs documents should be provided to QBP transportation, along with a copy of your air waybill and freight forwarder contacts. Shipments could be delayed if this information is not available.

Shipping and Booth Numbers
Every effort will be made to consolidate your labeled packages for shipment returns from our dock. Any unlabeled product will not be returned until written instructions are received from our organization with the necessary information. Any food or liquids must be packed securely to avoid damage or leakage.

Vendors should prepay for their shipments being shipped to Frostbike. QBP will not accept collect shipments. Shipments being returned will be sent collect or third party to your organization. It is preferred you complete a bill of lading for our use to ensure the product is moved correctly by your carrier.

A material safety data sheet (MSDS) must be with any shipment of ORMD material along with labels and a 24 hr emergency contact number for your organization per Department of Transportation regulations. No boxes containing dangerous goods will be returned without the required information and paperwork. This includes but it not limited to: lithium batteries, lubes, fuels.

QBP will contact your carriers for pick up of the product and provide tracking numbers back to the contact provided on your registration form. In order to efficiently return product, carriers will be provided pick up times by QBP transportation.

Payment Options

For Frostbike 2016 we are asking exhibitors to prepay all Frostbike fees. You will be invoiced no later than January 22, 2016. Final payment is due on February 22, 2016 in the form of check, credit card or credit memo.

Build Brand Excitement with Product Giveaways

Nothing sparks future sales like giving products to the right dealers at the right time. Frostbike provides three highly visible venues to create buzz for your brand by handing out free stuff.

ACE Silent Auction
This is a great showcase for your products that benefits a good cause. All proceeds for the 2016 Silent Auction will go to the National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA). NICA develops high school mountain biking programs for student athletes across the US.

Sunday Raffle
Keep the spotlight on your brand by adding products to this annual Frostbike closing event.

Athlete or Special Booth Guest Attendance
If you plan on bringing a sponsored athlete or other person(s) of interest, please let us know by January 8, 2016, so we can promote their attendance in event publications and highlight it during the show.

Our host hotel is the Marriott City Center - Minneapolis. Frostbike is a big event, so the hotel fills up quickly. Please contact the Marriott by January 15, 2016 to secure your reservation for a room.

Frostbike and the Environment

Our goal is to make Frostbike 2015 a zero-waste event. And we need your help to do it. Working together, QBP staff, exhibitors, and dealers can ensure when Frostbike is over, all we'll leave behind are a few fat bike tracks in the snow.

Pack it In — Pack it Out
You are responsible for disposing of any remaining materials you bring. This includes extra catalogs, handouts and booth supplies.
