Exhibitor Booth Information
Booth sizes are assigned and will be provided during registration.
- All locations have wireless Internet access
- Tables, chairs and grid-wall can be requested during registration
- If you request grid-wall, you are responsible for your own grid-wall hardware.
For questions regarding booth size, please contact Dave Tierney.
As a courtesy to other exhibitors we have two requests:
1. Please stay inside the footprint of your booth space.
As a courtesy to neighboring exhibitors, and to meet code requirements, your display structure must stay within the space you are allotted.
2. Alcohol is prohibited in your booth during expo hours.
Beer and wine will be served at several bars after 5 pm on Saturday.
Exhibitors Must Provide Display Products
Procuring products from our distribution center and subjecting them to wear-and-tear during Frostbike is very costly for QBP. This is why we require all domestic and import exhibitors with U.S. warehouses to supply their own display products*. If you need to take product from our stock please understand you will be charged dealer cost for any items returned in non-saleable condition.
Your display products must be delivered to QBP by Friday, February 15, 2013.
*Upon your request, we will provide a secure room to store your products.
Shipping and Booth Numbers
QBP will email shipping labels to you three weeks before the event. At this time we'll also provide your booth number. To help defray your expenses, we are offering return UPS shipping for your display products at no charge. This offer does not extend to LTL freight shipments with a common carrier.
Payment Options
For Frostbike 2013 we ask exhibitors to prepay all Frostbike fees. You will be invoiced no later than January 17, 2013. Final payment is due on February 22 in the form of check, credit card or credit memo.

Pro Athlete Attendance

Lodging and Transportation
Our host hotel is the DoubleTree by Hilton - Minneapolis. Frostbike is a big event, so the hotel fills up quickly. Please contact the DoubleTree ASAP to secure your reservation for a room*.
DoubleTree by Hilton Bloomington - Minneapolis South
7800 Normandale Blvd, Bloomington, MN 55439 1-952-835-7800

Frostbike and the Environment
Our goal is to make Frostbike 2013 a zero-waste event. And we need your help to do it. Working together, QBP staff, exhibitors, and dealers can ensure when Frostbike is over, all we'll leave behind are a few fat bike tracks in the snow.
Pack it In — Pack it Out
Please only bring as much print material as you actually gave out last year. You are responsible for disposing of any remaining materials.
Reduce Packing Material
Reduce plastic and cardboard packing material used for product. For tips on packing more efficiently with less waste, contact green@qbp.com or call 952-941-9778.
Less Waste Equals More Money
Not only will these measures help shrink Frostbike's environmental footprint, they will save you money and resources.
