Last year’s sell-out expo demonstrates Frostbike’s growing importance as a must-do event for bike dealers–and the vendors that serve them. We expect even greater demand this year, so be sure to register early to ensure your place.

Vendor Display Booths

Specific booth size will be provided during registration. Please review the price information below.

• All locations have wireless Internet access
• Power cords, tables and grid-wall are available upon request
• Chairs will be provided for all spaces

Important Note About Displays: If you requested grid-wall you are responsible for your own grid-wall hardware.

As a courtesy to other vendors we have two requests:

1. Please stay inside the footprint of your booth space. If the structure of your booth will not fit in the area provided, please let us know in advance. We will attempt to make other arrangements
2. Alcohol is prohibited in your booth during expo hours. Beer and wine will be available at several bars after 5 pm on Saturday.

Payment Options

For 2012 we are asking vendors to prepay all Frostbike fees. You will be invoiced no later than January 17th, 2012.  Final payment is due on February 17th in the form of check, credit card or credit memo.

Expo Setup
Friday, Feb. 17th
1 – 7 pm

• Due to safety concerns, earlier set up cannot be permitted
• All vendors must exit the building before the expo area closes at 7 pm

Expo Day 1
Saturday, Feb. 18th
8:30 am – 4:30 pm

• Vendors can access their booths starting at 7:30 am

Expo Day 2
Sunday, Feb. 19th
8:30 am – 3 pm

• Vendors can access their booths starting at 7:30 am

Vendors Must Provide Display Products

Procuring products from our distribution center and subjecting them to wear-and-tear during Frostbike is very costly for QBP. That’s why we require all domestic and import vendors with U.S. warehouses to supply their own display products. If you need to take product from our stock please understand you will be charged dealer cost for any items returned in non-saleable condition. Your display products must be delivered to QBP by Friday, February 10. Upon your request, we will provide a secure room to store your products.

QBP will email shipping labels to you three weeks before the event. At that time we’ll also provide your booth number. To help defray your expenses, we are offering return UPS shipping for your display products at no charge. This offer does not extend to LTL freight shipments with a common carrier.

Lunch, Receptions and Dinner Parties

All vendors attending Frostbike 2012 will receive:

• Friday evening dinner at the Minneapolis Marriot Southwest with America’s top dealers. Please note this is a sit-down dinner. If you plan to attend, please try to arrive at the hotel no later than 6:45 pm
• Morning refreshments on Saturday and Sunday
• Lunch on Saturday and Sunday
• Saturday night party with top VIP dealers and QBP employees at QBP headquarters. This event includes food and drinks
• Sunday night vendor-appreciation reception and dinner at the Minneapolis Marriot Southwest. Reception starts at 3 pm. Dinner is served at 5 pm

Pro Athlete Attendance

If you plan on bringing a sponsored pro athlete or other celebrity, please let us know in advance so we can promote their attendance in event publications and highlight it during the show.

Transportation

QBP will provide shuttles between MSP airport, Marriott Southwest and our Bloomington headquarters during the event. Look for more information on Frostbike.com. Transportation will not be provided to or from the Crowne Plaza.

Please only bring as much print material as you actually gave out last year. You are responsible for disposing of any remaining materials.

Reduce Packing Material
